YADRO research and development centers are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Minsk, the production site is located in the Moscow region. Now we already have more than 4500 people, and we continue to actively grow and expand the team. We are looking for an inspired engineer to be a part of our Algorithms and Modelling team. You will be responsible to maintain, modify, define and implement architecture for 4G/LTE, 5G System Level Simulator. What will you do: Define architecture of System Level Simulator, specify its interaction with implementation code, deine Simulator components. Work closely with Simulator engineers on Simulator implementation, regression and radio-performance testing. Work on plans and time schedule for Simulator development. Implement on C++ different parts of System Level Simulator, including functional blocks, blocks defined in 3GPP standard, pieces of L2/L3 algorithms. Perform technical analysis on features in release to prioritize Simulator blocks priority development. Deep dive in L2+ (MAC-PS, Power allocation, Link adaptation, Handover, etc.) algorithms. Create specification for Simulator architecture. Align Simulator with 3GPP updates. Participate in code review for Simulator. What do we expect from a future team member: Master or above in computer science, telecommunications or related. High level knowledge of LTE/5G or one of modern wireless transmission protocols. Experience in implementation of any layer in OSI model. 3+ years experiences on programming in C++; Verbal communication and fluent writing skills in English and Russian languages; Proactive and independent problem solving through own experience and network; Strong communication skills and the ability to work in distributed teams.
